摘    要:对几种不含Ca、K元素的新型熔剂在铝合金熔炼过程中的应用效果进行了实验室试验和工业试验,并与含Ca、K元素的传统熔剂做了对比。结果表明,新型熔剂熔体表观净化效果好,渣与熔体液面分离清晰,成品试样夹渣、晶粒度及针孔与传统熔剂有同样好的效果。处理后的铝渣Ca、K含量明显降低,回收铝后的铝灰可返回电解生产应用,提高了铝的回收率,但影响原铝品位0.025%,导致电解质中氟化钙、氟化镁的富集,给生产技术条件的保持带来了挑战。

Abstract:The authors made the laboratory tests and industrial tests that reviewed the application efforts of a few new type fluxes without the chemical elements K and Ca in aluminium alloy smelting process and compared with traditional fluxes with K and Ca.The results showed,the new style fluxes decontamination form view is effective,the dross and aluminum liquid separate clear,the slag inclusion,grain size and pinhole of the finished product simples have same good as with traditional fluxes.The K and Ca contents in the aluminum dross were lower obviously.The remained aluminum ash after large aluminum recovery can return the electrolysis production applied,increasing the recovery rate of the aluminum.However,it affected primary aluminium grade 0.025%,resulted in the enrichment of CaF2 and MgF2 in the electrolyte and brought a challenge for keeping the production conditions.
