两种止血方法在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术中的疗效观察

目的：比较缩宫素联合垂体后叶素、单用垂体后叶素在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术中的止血效果。方法将82例肌壁间子宫肌瘤患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各41例，均行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术，术中分别采用缩宫素联合垂体后叶素（观察组）、单用垂体后叶素（对照组），观察两组的术中出血量、手术时间、术中血压变化、术后住院时间。结果观察组术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间明显少于对照组（P ＜0．05），而术中两组血压比较差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）。结论腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术中用缩宫素联合垂体后叶素好于单用垂体后叶素的止血效果，术中出血少，可缩短手术时间及术后住院时间，不增加对血压影响，临床上安全可靠，值得推广。

Observation on the Efficacy of two Kinds of Hemostasis Methods in the Treatment of Uterine Fibroids Removed by Laparoscopy

ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE To compare the hemostatic effect of oxytocin combined with Pituitrin and only Pituitrin in the treatment of uterine fibroids removed by laparoscopy .METHODS The 82 cases of intramural myoma of ute-rus were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group .There were 41 cases in each group.The two groups were laparoscopic resection of uterine fibroids .In surgery ,the oxytocin combined with Pituitrin was used in the observation group , and the control group was single with Pituitrin .The bleeding volume , operation time , blood pressure changes and hospitalization time were observed in the two groups .RESULTS The amount of bleeding ,op-eration time,hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly less than that of the control group ( P<0.05 ) , while the changes of blood pressure was no significant difference between the two groups ( P >0.05 ) .CONCLUSION The hemostatic effect of oxytocin combined with Pituitrin was better than that of pituitary alone in the treatment of uterine fibroids removed by laparoscopy .It could reduced bleeding during surgery .The operation time and hospitalization time were shortened .It did not increased the blood pressure .This method was safe and reliable .It was worth promoting .
