| 摘 要： | 对兰州供电局电力调度电话交换网络的升级改造过程进行了具体的分析和论述。首先明确了交换网改造的必要性以及目标，做好设备选型工作，同时在网络建设、运行中，充分地发挥新设备、新技术的特点，建成了一个基于网络、稳定可靠、功能强大的新型兰州调度电话交换网。

| Abstract: | The update construction process of Lanzhou power supply electric power dispatching exchange network is analyzed and discussed in this paper. The necessity and objectives of reconstructing the network are analyzed,and the selection of equipment type is finished. By fully taking the characteristic of new equipment and technology into consideration in the process of reconstruct and operation,a dispatching exchange network,based on network technology,which has steady and powerful function,has been established. |
