2009—2011年平湖市医疗机构的消毒质量

摘    要:目的了解和掌握平湖市医疗机构消毒质量,分析存在的问题,防止医源性感染的发生。方法连续3年采用现场抽样和实验室检测的方法对辖区内39家医疗机构消毒灭菌效果进行监测。结果医疗机构2009—2011年监测样品3 884份,总合格率为91.89%;并呈逐年上升的趋势。不同年份合格率差异有统计学意义(P0.01),不同类型医疗机构合格率差异有统计学意义(P0.01),公立机构消毒质量优于个体诊所。室内空气合格率最低,为82.56%;不同监测项目合格率差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论平湖市医疗机构的消毒质量总体较好,但仍存在一定的薄弱环节,应进一步加强监测力度,增强消毒意识,重点加强室内空气等消毒管理,提高消毒质量。

Abstract:Objective]To know the disinfection quality of medical institutions in Pinghu City,analyze the existing problems,so as to prevent the iatrogenic infection.Methods]By using field sampling and laboratory detection,the disinfection effect of 39 medical institutions were monitored for three consecutive years.Results]During 2009-2011,a total of 3 884 samples were detected with the qualified rate of 91.89%,and there was a rising trend year by year.The different in qualified rate among different year was significant(P〈0.01),the difference in qualified rate among different types of medical institutions was significant(P〈0.01),and the disinfection quality of public institutions was better than that of individual clinics.The qualified rate of indoor air was the lowest(82.56%),and there was a significant different in qualified rate among different items(P〈0.01).Conclusion]The disinfection quality of medical institutions in Pinghu City is good in general,but there are still some weak links.It is important to further strengthen the monitoring,enhance the disinfection awareness,focus on the disinfection management for indoor air,so as to improve the quality of disinfection.
