昆山市部分公共场所集中空调清洗消毒效果分析

目的比较昆山市公共场所集中空调通风系统清洗消毒前后卫生状况,了解其清洗消毒效果。方法随机选择昆山地区10家有集中空调的公共场所,对集中空调通风系统清洗前后卫生学指标进行检测,并进行比较,分析清洗消毒效果。结果空调清洗后,通风管道积尘量和送风中可吸入颗粒物(PM)10显著降低。中央空调送风细菌总数与管道积尘中细菌总数呈显著正相关,送风中真菌总数与PM10、送风细菌总数、管道积尘细菌总数、管道积尘真菌总数呈显著正相关。结论集中空调清洗消毒后,积尘量降低明显,但细菌和真菌等指标改善仍不理想,对集中空调的消毒管理仍有待规范。

Analysis of cleaning and disinfecting effect of central air conditioning in some public places of Kunshan City

Objective]To compare the sanitary status of central air conditioning in some public places of Kunshan City before and after cleaning and disinfecting.Methods]A total of 10 public places with central air conditioning in Kunshan City were randomly selected for hygiene indicators detection before and after central air conditioning cleaning.The effect was evaluated.Results] After cleaning,the dust volume and blast respirable particulate matter（PM） 10 in ventilation system were significantly decreased.In central air conditioning,the total bacterial count in ventilation showed a significantly positive correlation with total bacterial count in pipeline dust.The total fungi count in ventilation was significantly correlated with total bacterial count in ventilation,total bacterial count in pipeline dust and total fungi count in pipeline.Conclusion]After cleaning,the dust volume was decreased significantly in central air conditioning,but the indicators of bacteria and fungi are not optimistic.The disinfection management of central air conditioning still needs to be standardized.
