摘    要:利用再生骨料生产混凝土空心砌块对于建筑节能和墙体革新以及废弃混凝土高效回收利用具有重要的现实意义。系统研究了采用再生骨料生产的混凝土空心砌块的受压性能和保温性能,主要包括再生骨料含量、粉煤灰掺量以及掺加聚丙烯纤维对混凝土空心砌块抗压强度的影响以及不同情况下的传热系数。试验结果表明,通过合理选择再生骨料、粉煤灰和聚丙烯纤维的掺量,采用再生骨料生产的混凝土空心砌块可具有良好的抗压强度和保温性能,能够用作砌体结构中的承重和保温砌块。

Abstract:The application of recycled aggregates to producing concrete hollow block has an important operation significance for building energy saving and wall innovation as well as high efficiency recycling of waste concrete. System research has been made on compressive behaviour and thermal insulation of concrete hollow block produced with recycled aggregate mainly including the influence of recycled aggregate content, fly ash and polypropylene fiber amount on compressive strength of concrete hollow block and heat transfer coefficient under different conditions. The result of experiments shows that the concrete hollow block produced using recycled aggregate with proper content of recycled aggregate, fly ash and polypropylene fiber has satisfied compressive strength and thermal insulation, and it can be used as bearing and thermal insulation block in masonry structure.
