The long-effect mechanism of maintaining the vanguard nature of Party members is not only the intrinsic requirement of enhancing the abilities of administration of the Party but also the long-term task for enhancing the construction of the vanguard nature of the Party.In the light of the current situation of Party members in colleges and universities,the article studies the establishment and maintenance of the vanguard nature of the Party members from its significance,principles and construction of the system and suggests keeping the vanguard nature of the Party members on the system level to play an exemplary role.
