摘    要:针对多油腔静压轴承压力油流动的复杂性,使用通用流体有限元软件CFX对油膜进行数值模拟,分析了静态下的油膜压力及流场对静压轴承承载能力的影响.结果显示,圆形主油腔使压力场及流场稳定、均衡;不同的进油速度影响到副油腔压力的大小;通过分析轴瓦出口边缘的流线稳定性,可验证油腔尺寸合适与否.

Abstract:Aimed at the complexity of hydraulic oil flowing in the multi pockets of ball mill hydrostatic bearing,the oil film of the bearing was simulated with the general numerical FEM software CFX,and the affect of pressure and fluid filed of the oil film on the load capacity was analyzed the under static condition.Results show that the pressure field and fluid field of the circular main oil pocket are stable and proportional;the pressure of side pocket is affected by different oil rate,and the fitness of the oil p...
