摘    要:针对石化行业往复式压缩机十字头轴瓦温度在运动过程中难以监测的技术难题,结合往复式压缩机十字头往复运动的特点,提出了一种往复式压缩机十字头轴瓦温度无线光纤传感在线监测方法,研究了它的无线监测机理、方法及无线信号输出特性,结果显示采用该方法在20%的能量耦合效率时仍可以进行温度监测,表明该监测机理具有可行性。

Abstract:According to the technical problems of the moving crosshead bearing temperature monitoring problems of a reciprocating compressor in petrochemical industry, combined with the characteristics of reciprocating compressor crosshead reciprocating motions, an wireless optical fiber sensing online-monitoring method for crosshead bearings of reciprocating compressors was presented. The wireless mechanism, monitoring method and the characteristics of wireless fiber sensing output were studied. The results show that the method may still monitor temperature with the 20% energy transfer efficiency, which shows the feasibity of the wireless fiber sensing online-monitoring method.
