| 摘 要： | 目的：研究乳癖散结丸的质量控制方法,以提高乳癖散结丸的质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法对其进行定性鉴别。结果：处方中当归的薄层色谱具有鉴别特征,色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。结论：此方法简便、可靠,重复性好,可用作该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective： Establishd the quality standard for Rupisanjie pills to better control it＇s quality. Methods： Identification of Angelica Sinensis of Rupisanjie pills were established by TLC. Results： TLC spots were clearly visible and translation of the negative control without interference. Conclusion： This method is simple, reliable and repeatable, which can be used as a qualitative standard for Rupisanjie pills. |
