| 摘 要： | 低碳经济的实质是能源经济革命,是构建一种温室气体排放量最低限度的新能源经济发展模式。发展低碳经济已成为世界各国实现社会可持续发展和迈向生态文明的必由之路。剖析了甘肃低碳经济发展的优势和存在的问题,从十个方面对甘肃发展低碳经济提出了相应对策。

| Abstract: | The essence of low-carbon economy is the revolution of energy economy,whose aim is to construct a new energy-economic development model with the minimum greenhouse gas emissions.The development of low carbon economy has become the only way to realize the sustainable development of society and to achieve ecological civilization.Through the analysis of the advantages and existing problems of low carbon economic development,some measures about how to develop the low carbon economy in Gansu province are put forward from ten aspects. |
