| 摘 要： | 本文报告二例体质性黄疽肝的超微结构特点,其中一例为良性复发性黄疸,在黄疸消退期显示典型淤胆改变;另一例是Gilbert综合征,肝血窦面微绒毛明显增多,毛细胆管扩张,这些病损与文献报道不尽相同。

| Abstract: | The present article reports the hepatic ultrastructural changes of two cases with constitution jaundice. One case with benign recurrent jaundice showed the characteristic cholestasis in the jaundice disappearing phrase. Another case with Gilbert's syndrom showed obvious hyperplasia of microvilli facing the sinusoid and dilatation of bile canaliculus. These presentations are not completely same to the previous reports. |
