| 摘 要： | “十一五计划”继续把“以人为本”思想作为科学发展观的要旨。从思想史上对中国传统的“民本”思想及西方的“人本”思想进行了梳理,论证了“以人为本”思想是科学发展观的实质和核心,是科学发展观的根本原则,同时也是社会主义中国发展的必然要求。

| Abstract: | "People-oriented" idea is still held in high regard in "the eleventh developing plan" of China.By analyzing China's traditional "people-oriented" idea and western humanism,this article proves that "People-oriented" idea is not only the core and essence of the theory of scientific development,but also the basic principle.The theory coordinates the demand of our socialism. |
