| 摘 要： | 目的探讨代谢综合征中血脂高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）异常组分的影响因素。方法针对2005年北京市18岁以上的常住居民,采用等比例多阶段整群随机抽样的方法确定监测样本,选用居民和社区两个水平拟合离散二水平模型,从而对代谢综合征中血脂HDL-C异常组分的影响因素进行探讨。结果影响血脂HDL-C异常的主要因素包括：性别、年龄、文化程度、职业、吸烟、饮酒、中心型肥胖、蛋白摄入和食用油摄入。结论本研究结果表明,采用离散二水平模型可以更深入地探究代谢综合征血脂HDL-C异常组分的影响因素。
