基于主动空气轴承作动器的模糊主动振动控制研究

摘    要:提出基于主动空气轴承作动器的溜板模糊主动振动控制。在溜板的空气静压支承基础上,以主动空气轴承为作动器,采用模糊控制方法,实现运动中的溜板振动主动控制。在自制的空气静压导轨上用电磁激振器模拟干扰力进行控制实验,取得良好效果。

Abstract:The transverse vibration of slede affects machining quality of workpiece directly ln ultra precision machining. Fuzzy active vibration control based on active air bearing actuator is presented. On the basis of aerostatic supporting, adopting fuzzy control method, the active vibration control of slide during moving is carried out using active air bearing as actuator. Experiments on home made aerostatic guideway using electromagnetic vibration exciter to simulate disturbing force show the excellence of fuzzy control comparing with PID control and prove that vibration can be controlled effectively applying this system.
