关于国家现行日照标准对住宅区规划影响的分析及对策

随着各地规划审批部门对住宅日照时数标准控制执行以来，日照间距要求已逐渐成为影响住宅区总图布局的关键因素。本文详细分析国家现行日照执行标准，对比国内外日照控制情况，结合各地实施过程中遇到的实际困难，提出应统筹兼顾全国不同纬度、不同经济发展阶段的城市，有针对性地适度放宽审批标准，以更合理地进行住区规划，起到集约利用土地、丰富城市建筑风貌的良好效果。

Analysis and Countermeasures about the effect of current national standard of sunshine on residential area planning

Since the beginning of the residential sunshine hours standard control execution by the planning approval department, sunshine spacing requirements has hecome the key factors influencing the layout of residential areas. The article analyzed existing national sunshine executive standard fully, compared the domestic and foreign solar control situation. Combined with all the practical difficulties encountered during the implementation of the overall care, this article proposed that the standards should be relaxed based on different dimensions, dif- ferent stages of economic development of the city, in order to reach more rationally residential planning, intensive usage of the rich city land and enriching the architectural style.
