化疗配合放疗治疗中晚期鼻咽癌的近期疗效分析

目的回顾性分析化疗＋放疗治疗中晚期鼻咽癌的近期疗效和毒副作用。方法73例中晚期鼻咽癌中,治疗组43例选择化疗＋放疗,而对照组30例单纯放疗。化疗用药氟脲嘧啶（5-Fu）0.5/m^2,第1～5d,加顺铂（DDP）20mg/m^2,第1～4d静脉滴注。结果随访3、5年生存率治疗组与对照组分别为62.8%,56.7%;51.2%,46.7%（P〉0.05）,远处转移率治疗组与对照组分别为46.5%（20/43）,60%（18/30）（P〈0.05）,无不可耐受毒性反应。结论化疗＋放疗治疗中晚期鼻咽癌未能提高近期疗效,但降低远处转移率,毒性反应能够耐受。

The immediate response of chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy in treatment of advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Objective To study the immediate response and toxic side effects of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated by radiotherapy（RT）combined with chemotherapy（CT）.Methods Seventy-three cases of medium or advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma were studied,43 of them were treated by chemotherapy followed with radiotherapy,and the remaining 30 cases were only treated by radiotherapy.Chemotherapy was consisted of 5-FU 0.5/m^2 in days 1-5 plus DDP 20mg/m^2 in days 1～4 by intravenous infusion.Results All cases had followed-up for 5 years.The 3 and 5 year survival rates of（CT＋RT）group and RT group were 62.8%,56.7% and51.2%,46.7%respectively（P〉0.05）.The distant metastasis rates were 46.5%in（CT＋RT）group and 60% in（RT）group respectively（P〈0.05）.There were no untolerable toxic and side effects.Conclusion CT plus RT may reduce the rate of distant metastasis and untolerable toxic and side effects.
