温胆汤加味联合帕罗西汀对痰热内扰型失眠患者情绪及睡眠质量的影响

目的探讨温胆汤加味联合帕罗西汀对痰热内扰型失眠患者的临床疗效。方法选取我院2012-2013年门诊就诊的痰热内扰型失眠患者125例,随机分为2组,对照组63例,治疗组62例。对照组:帕罗西汀(20 mg/d)+思诺思(10 mg/d);治疗组:帕罗西汀(20 mg/d)+温胆汤加味治疗(1剂/d),两组均给药4周。疗程前后分别采用PSQI量表(睡眠匹茨堡量表)、HAMA量表(汉密尔顿焦虑量表)和HAMD量表(汉密尔顿抑郁量表)对两组患者进行评价。结果通过治疗,治疗组的总有效率为96.77%,对照组的总有效率为80.95%,治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。HAMA、HAMD及PSQI评分均下降(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组HAMA、HAMD、PSQI总评分分别为(5.43±2.34)分、(5.05±3.14)分、(6.22±2.01)分,对照组分别为(6.58±3.12)分、(6.21±3.05)分、(7.45±2.31)分,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温胆汤加味联合帕罗西汀对痰热内扰型失眠患者有较好的疗效,可以缓解患者的情绪,提高睡眠质量。

Effect of wendan decoction combined with paroxetine on emotion and quality of sleep of patients with insomnia with internal disturbance of phlegm heat syndrome

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of wendan decoction combined with paroxetine on insomnia with internal disturbance of phlegm heat syndrome.Methods 125 insomnia patients with phlegm heat from 2012 to 2013 were randomly divided into two groups.Control group（n =63）accepted paroxetine （20 mg/d）and stilnox （10 mg/d）treatment,while treatment group accepted paroxetine（20 mg/d）and wendan decoction（1 agent/d）.The two groups accepted 4 weeks treatment,and the HAMA scale （Hamilton Anxiety Scale）,HAMD scale （Hamilton Depression Scale）and PSQI Scale（Pittsburgh Sleep Scale）were used to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups.Results Through the therapy,the total efficiency of treatment group was 96.77 ％,which was higher than that of treatment group （80.95 ％） （P ＜ 0.05）.HAMA score,HAMD score and PSQI score of treatment group were（5.43 ± 2.34）,（5.05 ± 3.14）,（6.22 ± 2.01）,while those of control group were （6.58 ± 3.12）,（6.21 ± 3.05）,（7.45 ± 2.31）,all the indexes decreased in the two groups after treatment （P ＜ 0.05）,and those of treatment group were all better than control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Wendan decoction combined with paroxetine has good effect on insomnia with internal disturbance of phlegm heat syndrome,it can relieve the patient＇s emotion and improve sleep quality.
