| Abstract: | In view of the disadvantages like complicate chemical ingredient,narrow phosphating temperature range and poor quality of phosphating coating associated with currently used phosphating fluids,a low to moderate temperature phosphating technology was developed.Results indicate that the present phosphating solution consisting of 30~45 g/L zinc dihydrogen phosphate,90~120 g/L zinc nitrate,10~20 g/L manganese nitrate and 3~6 g/L nickel nitrate is simple in terms of component.The phosphating coating obtained at a... |
