摘    要:目的:早期诊断、准确诊断、及时治疗、精确治疗是现代临床医学发展及造福人类的必由之路,为了保证医院使用高精尖医疗设备的水平、控制这些设备的质量、保证这些设备的使用安全以及和医生一起制订、执行与诊断或者治疗有关的计划,要求医院内要配有医学物理师岗位。以学生实践、创新能力为主线,培养具有科学的思维方法,扎实的物理功底、初步的放射治疗基础、良好的医学工程能力,具备医工理结合的复合型高素质医学物理师。方法:优化整合实验教学资源,构建由基础与专业贯通,技能实训与创新实践并重的三个实验教学平台“专业教学实验平台、创新技术实验平台、专业教育实验平台”,构建“模块化、多层次、开放式”的实验教学体系,改革实验教学方法÷实验教学内容,开展精品实验项目建设,构建适应临床应用型医学物理师培养的师资队伍,继续发挥专业优势,深化校企合作,建设高水平临床实景专业教学实验室。结果:构建合理了相对合理的实践教学体系。结论:泰山医学院放射学院应用物理学专业(医学物理学方向)在学生培养过程中对实践教学体系进行了有益探索,学生的动手能力显著提高,人才培养质量得到用人单位的好评,每年的就业率达到100%。

Abstract:Objective: Early diagnosis, accurate diagnosis and timely treatment, is the necessary way of development of modem clinical medicine and benefit mankind, in order to ensure the hospital with advanced medical equipment level, control the quali- ty of these equipment, ensure the safety of the use of these devices, as well as with the doctors' diagnosis or make treatment plan, requirements within the hospital equipped with medical physicist. The educational aim of medical physics subject is to cul- tivate high quality physicist with scientific thinking method, strong physical basis, basic radiological therapy ability, good medi- cal engineering ability, practical and innovative ability. Methods: Optimizing the experimental teaching resources, building three experimental teaching platform "professional teaching experiment platform, innovation technology experiment platform, professional education experiment platform" by the foundation and professional, skill training and innovation practice equally, constructing "modular, multi-level, opening" experimental teaching system, reforming experiment teaching methods, experiment teaching content, developing fine experimental projects, constructing medicine physical training teaching staff with clinical ap- plied, continue to expressing professional advantage, deepen the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, constructing high level professional teaching laboratory with clinical imaging. Results: Constructing reasonable practical teaching system. Conclusions: The applied physics subject of radiological school in Taishan Medical University build a reasonable practical teaching system, which is very important for educating student. The students are welcomed by hospital for their improved opera tional abilities.
