摘    要:通过拉伸试验,研究加载速度在5~300 mm/min范围内机织物增强柔性复合材料的拉伸性能,对其在不同加载速度下的拉伸曲线以及各项拉伸性能指标随加载速度的变化趋势进行分析和讨论。试验结果表明:机织物增强柔性复合材料在各种加载速度下的拉伸曲线呈现明显的非线性,且其拉伸性能表现出明显的应变率依赖性;随着加载速度的提高,抗拉强度、拉伸弹性模量及屈服强度增加,断裂伸长率减小,而失稳应变的增加幅度较小。

Abstract:Based on the tensile experiment,the tensile behaviors of a woven fabric reinforced flexible composite under 5~300 mm/min loading rate have been investigated.The tensile curves under various loading rates and the variation trend of mechanical property indexes with respect to loading rates have also been analyzed and discussed.The experimental results showed that the tensile curves under various loading rates exhibited strong non-linearity,and the tensile behaviors exhibited obvious loading rate sensitivity.When loading rate increased,the tensile strength,tensile modulus and yield strength increased,the breaking elongation rate decreased,and the increment of yield strain became smaller.
