电力企业SAP系统易用化实践

系统易用化能够帮助国内电力企业解决信息化建设中常见的使用和推广难题,有效地管理SAP系统,充分发挥系统的使用效能,帮助企业实现业务增长。甘肃省电力公司从＂易SAP＂实践经验出发,总结出SAP系统易用化建设解决方案,从界面交互、操作便捷、规范用语、帮助支持、业务优化以及流程改善等6个方面提升系统的易用性。实践证明该方案行之有效,对其他企业也具有一定借鉴意义。

Practice of SAP System's Usability in Electric Power Enterprises

The usability is helpful for domestic electric power enterprises to solve the common application and generalization issues of informatization construction, to effectively manage SAP systems, and gives full play to system usage efficiency in order to make enterprise businesses grow. According to the practical experience of the ＂Easy SAP＂ project in Gansu Electric Power Corporation, this paper summarizes a solution of SAP system usability construction, which promotes system’s usability from six aspects of interface interaction, easy operation, standardized terminology, help and support, business optimization and process improvement. Practical application results show that the solution is effective and can provide a good reference for other enterprises’ SAP construction.
