摘    要:分析三态电流滞环调制型和单极性倍频SPWM(正弦脉宽调制)调制型逆变器的工作原理;讨论这两种调制方式下逆变器输出的谐波分布,给出各自滤波器的设计方法。针对这两种调制方式制作了两台单相6kVA逆变电源。通过实验验证,单极性倍频SPWM调制型逆变器与三态滞环调节型逆变器相比,在相同功率等级、相同的输出及相当的THD值条件下,谐波分布固定、工作噪声小、滤波器设计简单且体积小。

Abstract:The operating principle of current hysteresis control and current SPWM (Sinusoidal PulseWidth Modulation) control inverters is analyzed separately at first.Then harmonic distribu- tion of the two kinds of inverters is discussed in detail and filter design technique is introduced.Finally,the simulation and ex- perimental results of the two 6kVA prototypes which are made according to the two kinds of operating principle illustrate that the SPWM control inverter has the advantages of fixed harmon- ic distribution,low noise,simple filter design,and the filter is smaller than that of the current hysteresis inverter.So SPWM is the better choice to obtain the same THD of output voltage at the same power.
