摘 要: | 目的:评价Prolift盆底修复系统治疗重度盆腔脏器脱垂的临床效果。方法:18例POP-Q分度为Ⅲ~Ⅳ度盆腔脏器脱垂患者应用Prolift盆底修复系统行盆底重建术,术后定期随访,以POP-Q分度及电生理技术检测阴道张力、压力和盆底肌力作为客观评价指标,以阴道无肿物脱出为主观治愈指标。结果:手术时间平均(85±48)min,术中出血量平均(205±75)ml,术后住院时间平均(4.4±1.5)天,随访3~18个月,治愈率为94.4%,主观治愈率100%。结论:Prolift盆底修复系统能全面重建盆底功能,手术操作安全、微创,近期疗效确切,但远期疗效需随访观察。

Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Prolift pelvic floor reconstruction surgery in treatment of severe pelvic organ prolapse.Methods:Eighteen patients with pelvic organ prolapse whose POP-Q score was Ⅲ-Ⅳ were treated with Prolift pelvic floor reconstruction surgery,then they were followed up regularly after surgery,POP-Q score and electrophysiological technique were used to detect the vaginal tension,stress,and pelvic floor muscle strength,then the above-mentioned indexes were designed as objective evaluation indexes,no feeling a bulge in vagina was designed as the subjective cure index.Results:The average operation time was(85±48) minutes,the average amount of blood loss during operation was(205±75) ml,the average hospitalization time after operation was(4.4±1.5) days,all the patients were followed up for 3-18 months,the cure rate was 94.4%,the subjective cure rate was 100%.Conclusion:Prolift pelvic floor reconstruction surgery can reconstruct the pelvic floor function entirely,the surgery is safe and minimally invasive,the short-term efficacy is good,but the long-term efficacy need further follow-up and observation. |
