摘    要:结合某工程弧形钢闸门,运用结构屈曲问题的有限元法,对影响闸门支臂空间屈曲荷载的因素进行分析,提出了闸门支臂结构最佳布置型式,同时根据闸门承受水动力荷载的特点,分析了支臂的动力稳定性,并将支臂动力稳定作为动力约束条件并同时考虑静力约束对闸门主框架进行结构优化,运用遗传算法(GA)对其进行了优化计算,取得了最优结构尺寸,既保证了支臂的动力稳定又减轻了闸门自重,为钢闸门结构优化设计提供依据.

Abstract:Combined with the radial gate of an actual project, the optimal configuration on the arms is obtained according to the studies on the factors which affect the space buckling loads of the radial arms, using finite element method of the structural buckling problem. Based on the characteristic of hydrodynamic loads on the radial gate, the dynamic stability of the arms is analyzed. Associated with static restriction and the dynamic stability of the arms as a dynamic restriction condition, the main frame of this radial gate is optimized using GA algorithm and the optimal size of the structure is obtained. The result shows that the weight of the gate is lightened with the guarantee of the dynamic stability of the arms and can provide useful reference basis for the structural optimal design on the radial gate.
