摘    要: 目的建立测定抗癌新药SLXM-2含量的反相高效液相色谱分析方法。方法采用C18硅烷键合硅胶为填料的色谱柱(DIKMATM4.6mm×200mm,5μm),乙腈-水(20:80)为流动相,流速为1mL·min-1,检测波长为199nm。结果SLXM-2的质量浓度为0.392~2.02g·L-1内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.7%(n=9);本方法的最低检出浓度为4.4mg·L-1。结论该方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于抗癌新药SLXM-2的质量控制。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To develop a HPLC method for determining the new anticancer drug SLXM-2. METHODS A separation was performed on a DIKMATMODS-C18 column(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm), and mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (2:8) with a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was 199 nm,external standard was used. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 0.392~2.02 g·L-1(r =0.999 8), with an average recovery of (99.7±0.65)%(n = 9). The detection limit of SLXM-2 was 4.4 g·2L-1.CONCLUSION The assaying RP-HPLC assay is convenient, accurate and reliable with good precision, and can be used in the quality control of SLXM-2.
