摘    要:为研究解决渠道防渗聚乙烯(PE)膜料的老化问题,依据薄膜理论对膜料水压力变形分布、中心变位及应力应变模型进行了数学推导。在室内冻融和紫外线照射老化条件下,对其抗裂性能分别进行了对比试验。研究表明:冻融100次和紫外线照射6次老化后PE抗裂性能均有所降低,紫外线照射对PE抗裂老化性能影响较冻融更为明显。用膜料中心变位模型模拟了冻融老化抗裂强度与鼓包高度关系曲线,经检验模拟曲线与观测曲线基本吻合。表明该模型可用于PE抗裂强度或变形计算,为PE应用于渠道防渗设计提供了理论依据。

Research on deformation model under water pressure and aging crack resistance of PE film on canal

Abstract:In order to solve the aging problem of the PE film used canal lining, based on the thin film theory, the film deformation under water pressure and stress-strain model were deduced. The crack resistance of PE was tested under the condition of freeze-thaw and ultraviolet radiation in laboratory. The results shown that the crack resistance of PE decreased in freeze-thaw and ultraviolet radiation. But the impact of tensile strength aging of ultraviolet radiation was more than the freeze-thaw. Use the circle mathematical model simulated the relationship between breaking resistance and deformation hight in freeze-thaw, by validated, the simulated curve was basicly close the observation curve. It was feasible for calculation of crack resistance and deformation of PE can supply the theoretical foundation for PE using the canal lining.
