摘    要:知识服务是现代信息技术和创新型服务理念发展的必然趋势。医院图书馆开展知识服务,个性化地为医务人员提供知识或知识产品,有效地提高医务科研人员的工作学习效率,从而推动医院的医疗、教学和科研发展,提高医院的创新力和竞争力。

Abstract:Knowledge service is the development trend of modem information technology and innovative service concept. Knowledge or knowledge products for medical personnel is provided personalized by the path of knowledge services of hospital library, effectively raise the efficiency of medical personnel's study and working, so as to promote the hospital's development and improve the hospital's innovative and competitive capability.
