| 摘 要： | 目的:观察安肠汤结肠水疗对腹泻型肠易激综合征患者血浆的胃动素(MTL)和P物质(SP)的影响。方法:选30例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者和30例健康者,空腹抽血检测血浆的MTL和SP,两组分别用安肠汤进行结肠水疗3周,3周后再空腹检测两组血浆的MTL和SP含量。结果:治疗组水疗后血浆中的MTL和SP含量降低明显(P<0.01),对照组含量变化不明显(P>0.05)。结论:血浆中MTL和SP的含量水平与腹泻型IBS的症状关系密切,降低血浆中MTL和SP的水平可以减轻IBS的症状;安肠汤结肠水疗能显著减轻腹泻型IBS的症状,降低血浆中MTL和SP的水平,临床疗效显著,值得进一步推广。
