摘    要:文章以包钢瓦斯灰为原料,通过配加氯化钙焙烧,将金属氧化物转化为水溶性的氯化物,从而将K、Na、Pb、Zn从原料中分离.热学分析表明,只要控制合理的工艺条件,瓦斯灰中K、Na、Pb、Zn的氧化物均可以被CaCl2氯化.在同一温度下,氯化反应完成的程度由大到小依次是K2O>Na2O>PbO>ZnO;由氯化反应实验可知,在4...

Abstract:In the paper, by adding calcium chloride to the raw material, dust of blast furnace gas in Baotou steel Corp, and roasting them, the original metal oxide can be transformed into water soluble chloride in order to separate K, Na, Pb,Zn from the material. Thermodynamical analysis shows that the oxide of K, Na, Pb,Zn existing in blast furnace gas dust could be chloride by CaCl2 only on appropriate technological conditions. The experiments show the following foundlings: under the same temperature, chlorinated reaction processes according to K2O 〉 Na2O 〉 PbO 〉 ZnO; the chlorinated reaction experiment tells that: under 400 - 600 ℃, chlorination rates range from K, Na, Pb to Zn;as for some harmful element, the chlorination rate is more higher at 600 ℃ than at 400 ℃; under 600 ℃ ,chlorination rates of K2O and Na2O are all higher than 98% and that of Pb and Zn are 54.21%, 15.24% respectivdly.
