| 摘 要： | 采用全光照喷雾技术。进行了天目木姜子嫩枝扦插繁育探索。选用不同扦插基质、不同浓度的IBA生根粉、不同木质化程度的插穗进行了对比试验，结果表明：在珍珠岩基质中，选用未木质化的顶芽做插穗，对插穗进行留半叶和摘心处理以及扦插用200mg·L^-1的IBA速蘸处理时，其扦插效果最好，生根率达到了85．7％。 |
