无烟煤与焦炭混合物气化反应机理研究

摘    要:在实验室条件下研究焦炭及焦炭与无烟煤的混合物与CO2的气化反应,通过分析焦炭反应前后微观结构的变化探讨无烟煤在焦炭气化反应过程中的作用机理.结果表明,无烟煤对焦炭的气化反应具有保护作用,原因是无烟煤的优先气化及由此引起的反应气氛中CO2浓度的变化.无烟煤对焦炭中的各向同性结构保护作用显著,各向异性单元越大,受到的保护作用越小.

Abstract:Gasification of coke and mixture of coke and anthracite with CO2, and the coke microstructure before and after gasification were analyzed in order to study the behavior of anthracite in coke gasification. The results show that anthracite has a function to protect coke in gasification, and due to the priority of anthracite in gasification and caused change in CO2 concentration. The isotropic structure of coke is protected prominently from gasification by anthracite, and the protection is less for the coke with strong anisotropic structure.
