磷酸法制备甲酸的工艺研究

摘    要:研究了磷酸与甲酸钠制取甲酸和磷酸钠盐的工艺过程。同时考察物料配比、温度、反应时间、焦磷酸量对甲酸收率影响,确定最适宜的工艺条件。实验结果表明:甲酸钠与磷酸物料配比为1:1.03、温度55℃、反应时间为240min、焦磷酸量193.73g时,甲酸收率达到90%,甲酸最终浓度可达到96%。

Abstract:The preparation process of formic acid(FA) by the method of phosphorus acid in high-pressure reaction kettle was studied.At the same time,the influence of the ratio of phosphoric acid and sodium formate,temperature,reaction time,the addition of pyrophosphoric acid(PPi)on synthesize yield rate of formic acid ratio were observed and the best process conditions for synthesize formic acid.The result showed that the ultimately productive rate of formic acid reach 90%and concentration of formic acid reach 96% whe...
