| 摘 要： | 目的观察蒙脱石散保留灌肠治疗小儿腹泻的影响。方法将106例小儿腹泻患者分为两组,常规治疗组给予常规抗炎、抗病毒、退热、补液治疗;在常规治疗基础上观察组还给予蒙脱石散保留灌肠,观察两组治疗情况。结果观察组总有效率为91.6%,明显高于对照组86.2%。结论在常规治疗基础上同时给予蒙脱石散保留灌肠对于小儿腹泻治疗具有一定好处。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of montmorillonite powder retention enema in treating infantile diarrhea. Methods A total of 106 patients of infantile diarrhea were divided into two groups. The routine group received treatments of anti - inflammatory, antiviral, abatement of fever and fluid replacement therapies ; the observation group received additional therapy of montmoriUonite powder retention enema. The effects of the two groups were analyzed. Resuits The total effective rate of observation group was 91.6% and higher than that of control group（86.2% ）. Conclusion Montmorillonite powder retention enema is beneficial to infantile diarrhea based on routine treatments. |
