| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乙型肝炎病毒感染,对妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(ICP)妊娠结局的影响。方法对2009年8月-2010年11月收治的妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症,合并乙型肝炎病毒感染的病例进行了回顾性分析,ICP合并HBV感染的孕妇48例作为研究组,102例无乙型肝炎病毒感染的ICP孕妇作为对照组,对2组孕妇妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的发生率、临床表现以及妊娠结局进行比较分析。结果与对照组相比,研究组孕妇妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症发病率明显提高,达到3.9%,妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的发病时间明显提前,且分娩时间明显提前,早产率、剖宫产率以及产后出血的比率均明显提高,分别可达到64.6%、87.5%和31.3%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对于乙型肝炎病毒感染合并妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的孕妇,在采取相应治疗阻滞乙型肝炎母婴传播外,对孕妇进行密切的监测,以防止早产的发生,同时还要采取相应的措施预防产后出血,以确保母婴的健康。
