| 摘 要： | 目的了解重症监护病房(ICU)内肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药情况,为临床医师合理用药提供参考依据。方法从2008-2010年ICU送检的不同标本鉴定分离得到357株肺炎克雷伯菌,通过药敏试验获得肺炎克雷伯菌对12种抗菌药物的药敏率。结果肺炎克雷伯菌对12种抗菌药物的耐药率中阿米卡星和亚胺培南相对较低,耐药率分别为31.93%、30.25%,但总体耐药率较高。结论该研究中,阿米卡星和亚胺培南是控制该菌的相对有效药物;临床医师可根据耐药率,合理选择抗菌药物,控制耐药菌株的流行及医院感染,尤其是ICU内的菌株数量。
