摘    要:茶油是一种具有保健作用的高级植物食用油。在单因素试验的基础上,利用3因素5水平二次通用旋转试验设计,以出油率为指标,研究并优化了水代法提取茶油的工艺条件。结果表明,各因素对水代法提取茶油作用大小依次为:液料比>提取温度>提取时间,最优提取工艺为:提取温度为54℃、液料比为4.5∶1、提取时间为120min。本研究为茶油的开发利用提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Camellia seed oil is a healthy and advanced edible plant oil. The oil extraction rate as indicator, the optimal aqueous extrac- tion technological conditions of camellia seed oil were investigated by the quadratic general rotary design based on single-factor experiments results. Results showed that the factors affecting extraction technology wrer as follows : ratio of liquor to material, extraction temperature and extraction time. The optimum extraction conditions were extraction temperature 54℃, ratio of liquor to material 4. 5 : 1, extraction time 120min. This study provided the basic data for the utilization of the camellia seed oil.
