割前脱粒带式脱粒器的实验研究

摘    要:本文在带式脱粒器脱粒原理分析的基础上,通过实验研究,指出了它的结构参数、运动参数对脱粒性能、功率消耗的影响规律及其参数的合理选择范围。同时用1000幅/秒的高速摄影对带式脱粒器的脱粒过程进行了观察分析,探讨了带式脱粒器的脱粒特点。指出了尽管它的脱粒速度低、齿迹距小,但其脱粒性能优于传统康拜因和夹持半喂入式,其功率消耗明显低于后者的本质原因。为进一步研制和改进割前脱粒联收机的带式脱粒器提供了科学依据。本文所做带式脱粒器的脱粒原理分析已在台架实验和高速摄影中得到了基本验证。


EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF THE THRESHING BELT IN A “THRESHING PRIOR TO CUTTNG” TYPE RICE COMBINE(STRIPPER HARVESTER)
Abstract:Threshing belt in a“Threshing Prior to Cutting”Type Rice Combine hadbeen studied for more than ten years and some results were achieved.But alaw about effect of its structural and kinematic parameters upon threshing fu-nction and power consumption and optimum selection of those parameters havenot been worked out yet.Hyptihesis In this treatise,on the basis of analysis about some threshingprinciples a law about effect of its structural and kinematic parameters uponthreishing function and power consumption and optimum rational selection ofparameters had heen put forward.In the meantime,by high-speed kinemogha-gh(1000)film per second)process of threshing belt had been observed and anarlysed.The charactcristics of threshing process had been discussed.The princi-pal reason of its better threshing function than clamping semi-feed type andconventional combine and its less power consumption had been approved scien-tific basic had been proved for further study of the theshing belt.In this paper,analysis on some threshing principles of threshing belt hadbeen bacically confirmed through experiments and high-speed kinemogragh.
