| 摘 要： | 成本领先战略、差异化战略和目标集中战略是波特“基本竞争战略”的三种模式；通过“PEST分析模型”分析表明，我国竞技体育攀国体制应当选择差异化竞争战略模式；我国竞技体育举国体制差异化竞争战略是一种高附加值战略，是我国竞技体育核心竞争力的重要标志；通过合理的制度设计和机制设计，能够化解这种竞争战略模式可能带来的成本代价。
