摘    要:针对一起110 kV同塔双回线因风舞导致永久性故障的线路跳闸事故,从故障现象、录波信息、保护行为等方面进行了分析和总结,并提出指导建议和应对措施,以提高运维、检修人员对于较复杂电网事故的处理效率。

Abstract:A tripping accident of 110 kV double-circuit lines with permanent fault caused by wind dancing is analyzed and summarized from the aspects of fault phenomena, recording information and protection behavior, and the corresponding measures are put forward, which will improve the efficiency of accident handling for operation and maintenance personnel.
