摘    要:介绍了一种利用MCS系列单片机的P1口实现键盘显示功能的设计方法。这种方法利用MCS系列单片机P1口的准双向口功能,向显示驱动器串行发送所需显示的数据,从按键接收电平信号,通过软件识别不同情况下按键码的含义,以实现一键多功能。给出了键盘显示系统的电路图,介绍了一键多功能的键盘设计方法。通过在内燃机汽缸内壁激光热处理条纹宽度与厚度的检测系统中应用表明,MCS系列单片机的这种键盘显示技术节省了系统资源,经济实用,稳定性好,具有较高的使用价值。

Abstract:Introduced a design method about achieving keyboard and displaying function with the P1 channel of MCS series single-chip computer.Using the qusi-bidirectional interface function of P1 channel of MCS series single-chip computer,this method realize the displaying function by sending data to displaying drivers through serial data transfer,and achieve multi-function by one key by accepting electrical level signal and recognizing the code of keys in different condition through software.The circuit diagram for keyboard and displaying system is given,and the design method for multi-function by one key is introduced.The practice that this keyboard and displaying system being applied in the testing for the width and thickness of heat treatment stripe,processed by laser,in the inwall of cylinder of gas engine indicate that this method is economical and practical,saved system resource and had good stability and high use value.
