针织物芳香微胶囊整理后留香效果分析

对3种常用针织物进行芳香整理,对芳香微胶囊整理织物和纯香精整理织物在自然放置条件下的留香效果和水洗留香效果进行了测试对比分析。结果表明,用芳香微胶囊整理过的织物其自然放置留香时间是用纯香精整理过织物的6倍以上,其水洗留香时间也延长了3倍。另外,纤维材料的表面形态、纱线的细度与结构、织物的组织结构与密度对芳香微胶囊的吸附能力以及织物的留香效果都有一定程度的影响。

Analysis on Aroma Reserving Effect of Aroma Finished Knitted Fabrics

Three kinds of knitted fabrics, which were often used in wearing, were finished by aroma solution. And the aroma reservation effect on the naturally placed fabrics and the washed fabrics, which were separately finished by aroma microcapsule solution and pure fragrance solution, were tested and contras ted. The result shows that when naturally placed, the aroma reserved time of the fabrics finished by aroma microcapsule solution is five times longer than that of the fabrics finished by pure fragrance solution; when washed, the aroma reserved time of the former is three times longer than the latter. In addition, the exterior configuration of the fiber material, the diameter and configuration of the yarn, the structure and the density of the fabric can all affect the aroma absorbing capability and the aroma reserving effect of the labrlcs to some extent.
