QB系列气动高压双液注浆泵的研究

摘    要:采用化学注浆的方法对采煤工作面煤壁或巷道松软破碎围岩进行加固、对透水岩层进行注浆堵水等是提高矿井生产效益和安全性的一种行之有效的方法。但注浆设备的研制相对滞后,注浆设备不配套,注浆施工工艺落后,已成为制约化学注浆推广应用的瓶颈。QB-25(12)系列高压双液注浆泵,体积小,重量轻,最大注浆压力可达30MPa,经井下现场工业性试验证明,QB-25(12)系列高压双液注浆泵性能可靠,使用方便安全,排量准确可调,能适用于井下狭小空间,并已成功地应用于煤矿井下工作面或巷道破碎煤岩注浆加固、透水岩层注浆堵水工程中,从而完善了注浆工艺并提高了注浆效率和注浆效果,为矿井高效安全生产提供了可靠的技术手段。

Abstract:The adoption of the chemical grouting method is one of the important effective methods in underground water control and prevention or soft rock reinforcement in mining face.Nowadays the grouting equipments research falls behind the grouting practice with the development of the grouting materials and it has become an obstacle to the popularization of chemical grouting technology.The QB-25(12) series pneumatic grouting pumps with high-pressure and double-liquid is small volume,light and its limit grouting pressure reach to 30 MPa.The spot test proved that the function of QB-25(12) series grouting pump with high-pressure and double-liquid was dependable,convenient and safe,and the capacity was accurate and adjustable.It can be applied in the narrow and small space of underground mines and it has been successfully applied in colliery mining face and the engineering of soft rock reinforcement and water control.Thus,the grouting technique is consummated,the grouting efficiency and the effect of grouting are improved and dependable technology measures are provided for safe and high-efficient colliery mining.
