摘    要:针对承钢自身钒钛资源的优势,采用单一钒作为微合金化元素,通过合理的成分设计及工艺控制,成功开发出610MPa级汽车大梁用钢。试验结果表明:该钢板的综合性能优良,能够满足用户使用需求。

Abstract:Based upon the resource superiority on vanadium and titanium,we developed successfully the automobile beam steel of 610 MPa class by ways of taking single vanadium as microalloying element,reasonable component design and process control.It is showed from the test that it is fine in comprehensive properties and can meet demand from customers.
