摘    要:数控机床误差参数辨识是数控机床误差补偿的关键技术内容之一,文中详细介绍了22线测量法并对22线测量法的辨识原理进行了深入的探讨和研究,运用22线法对三坐标数控机床的21项误差进行了辨识,最后简要说明了应用22线测量法的注意事项。

Abstract:The geometric error detection and distinguishing technology is an important technology in errors compensation of numerical controlled machine tool. This paper introduced 22 displacement measurement line and the 22 lines of the principles of measurement for a more in-depth discussions and studies, the identification process for 21 errors existing in the machine tool is performed with the help of the 22 lines method. Finally a brief application of the 22 lines measurements of the line notes.
