摘    要:目前国内外矿山复垦研究的新热点是应用现代微生物工艺技术加速新覆盖土的改性与熟化。在总结分析国内外微生物复垦技术研究现状的基础上,对丛枝菌根应用于矿区复垦的前景进行了展望。加快这项技术的应用研究,对拓宽我国科学复垦技术研究领域、提高土地复垦率具有重要意义。

Abstract:Currently,in foreign countries one of the new topics in mine and reclamation was how to apply modern microorganism technology so as to accelerate the process of modifyingand fertilizing of newly mverad layer.By analysing mainly the present situation of microbe restoration technology research in China and overseas,the authors forecasted the prospect of application of arbuscular mycorrhizas in ecological restoration of areas affected by mining in China.Mining activities had severe deleterious effects on plants and the soil microbial community that would be ameliorated with additional amendments in order to achieve successful re-vegetation.Arbuscular mycorrhizas were the most common underground symbiosis.They were formed in the roots of wide variety of host plants.Arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM) fungi could enhance plant nutrition,growth and disease resistance.It would be of great significant to speed up the application and research of VA mycorrhizal fungi technology used in land reclamation.
