摘    要:介绍了线性可变差动变压器(LVDT)的工作原理及特点,对LVDT在传感器测量中的具体应用进行了研究。对基于此原理的位移传感器进行结构设计和电路设计,并给出了详细的电路参数设置方法,同时分析比较了LVDT次级线圈采用同极性和反极性两种连接方式下传感器的输出特性,最终对所研制的位移传感器进行了试验验证,证明了该设计的可行性。试验结果表明,所设计的基于LVDT的位移传感器精度可达到0.2%以上,实现了对位移的高精度测量。该传感器响应速度快,环境适应性良好,工作稳定,可靠性高,可满足航天航空、机械、电子、铁路及科研等各领域的自动控制和测量需要。

Abstract:The principle and feature of linear variable differential transformer (LVDT) was introduced, and the concrete application of LVDT in the sensor measurement was researched. The structure and circuit of LVDT-based displacement sensor was designed, giving the detailed method of setting the circuit parameters. Meanwhile the LVDT secondary coil output characteristics of sensors with same and reverse polarity connection mode was analyzed and compared, and the experiment verifies the feasibility of the design. The test results show a precision of up to 0.2%. The sensor features fast response, good environmental adaptability, stable operation and high reliability, meeting the requirements of automatic control and measurement in the fields of aeronautics and astronautics, mechanism, electronics, railway and scientific research.
