摘    要:以永磁锶铁氧体预烧料(Sr Fe12O19)为原料,添加SiO_2、CaCO_3、H_3BO_3、Al_2O_3、Cr_2O_3以及葡萄糖酸钙,利用陶瓷法在烧结温度为1210℃、保温时间为2 h的条件下制备锶铁氧体。利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、激光粒度分析仪以及磁性能测量仪表征和测量物相组成与结构、微观形貌、粒度以及磁性能等。结果表明,二次复合添加后样品的矫顽力较未进行二次复合添加的样品有很大提高,性能可达到Br=412.7 mT,Hcj=336.7k A/m,(BH)max=32.15 kJ/m~3。最后探究了料水比对磁性能的影响。

Abstract:In order to adapt to the development of the industry and develop strontium ferrites with high-performance and low-cost, samples were obtained by a conventional ceramic process using the permanent magnetic strontium ferrite (SrFe12O19) as raw material and adding SiO2, CaCO3, H3BO3, Al2O3, Cr2O3 and calcium gluconate. The sintering temperature is 1210℃, and holding time is 2 h. X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, laser particle size analyzer and magnetic material automatic testing equipment were used to characterize phase composition and structure, microstructure, particle size and magnetic properties, etc. Results show that, the coercivity of samples after the secondary addition can be greatly improved and the performance reachedBr=412.7 mT,Hcj=336.7 kA/m, (BH)max=32.15 kJ/m3. Finally the influence of the ratio of materials to water on magnetic properties has also been investigated.
