| 摘 要： | 从介绍坚强智能电网的概念出发,重点分析了现阶段国内建设坚强智能电网在继电保护方面的研究和进展,提出了贯穿智能电网继电保护实现过程中必须考虑的3个问题:保护定值自适应;保护功能根据运行方式的变化做相应的调整以及引入环境条件对保护定值的影响。
