先天性肺动脉憩室的临床特点和心血管造影表现

目的：探讨先天性肺动脉憩室（CPD）的心血管造影（CAG）表现及其存在的临床意义。方法：分析876例各种先天性心脏病的CAG表现，确定CPD并经手术证实。结果：CPD的发生率为2．4％（21／876）。均发生于形态学左肺动脉根部，合并法洛四联症14例，右位主动脉弓11例，未见憩室呈瘤样改变。提出与假憩室的鉴别诊断依据。结论：CPD存在的病理意义不大。右室造影显示CPD可除外动脉导管未闭。

Angiocardiographic Findings and Clinical Value of Congenital Pulmonary Diverticulum

Purpose To evaluate the findings of the angiocardiography (CAG) and the clinical significance of congenital pulmonary diverticulum (CPD). Methods Twenty one cases of CPD were definited by the findings of the CAG and were confirmed by operation in 876 cases of the congenital heart disease. Results The incidence of the CPD was 2.4%(21/876).All these CPD occured in the root of the morphological left pulmonary artery,associated with the tetralogy of fallot in 14 cases,the right aortic arch in 11 cases and without aneury smical dilatation in all cases.The foundations of the differential diagnosis between the true diverticulum and the false diverticulum were suggested. Conclusion It's not important of the pathological significance of CPD.The patent arterial duct might be excepted,if one case showed CPD in the right ventriculography.
